New Delhi, Jan 27 (ANI): After attending the Empowered Group of Ministers (EGoM) meet on Monday, Law Minister Kapil Sibal announced that the decision says that a maximum spectrum usage charge (SUC) for 900-1800 MHz will be 5 per cent. He further said that the decision is not for the loss and gain of any operator. Although, he said that the decision will definitely invite more investment and that the consumers will be the ultimate winner.
