New Delhi, Dec 09 (ANI): The Election Commission of India on Tuesday briefed about voter turnout in third phase of assembly polls in Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand saying polls were conducted peacefully in all constituencies. Deputy Election Commissioner for J and K, Vinod Zutshi said that voter turnout in the state for this phase was 58%. Meanwhile, Deputy Election Commissioner for Jharkhand, Umesh Sinha said that voter turnout in Jharkhand was recorded at 61%.
