In an unprecedented manner earthquake hit the north and northeast part of India Sunday afternoon.
"Earthquake in Delhi, tremors felt in Patna and UP," tweets IBN Live.
The earthquake hit at 6.8 magnitude and spread over the north and eastern parts of india, West Bengal, Orissan and Bihar. The epicenter of the earthquake is Sikim- Nepal border.
According to another reports, the earthquake spread over to other north-eastern parts of India including, Guwahati and Imphal city.
The earthquake hit at around 6-6. 30 pm.
