Bareilly, Apr 1 (ANI): BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed a rally in Bareilly city of UP. Modi on the occasion said that all 365 days are April fool's day for Congress. He also added that Congress talks about poor only before the elections.
