Dulquer Salmaan and Sai Pallavi's upcoming movie, tentatively titled "Kali", has been making headlines ever since it went on floors in Kochi on 16 November.

A source close to Dulquer revealed to IBTimes India that the movie is expected to be released on 26 March. "Kali" narrates the story of Siddharth and Anjali, played by Dulquer and Sai, respectively. Helmed by Sameer Thahir, "Kali" has been scripted by Rajesh Gopinathan and it marks the comeback of the actor-director (Dulquer-Sameer) duo after their 2013 thriller road movie "Neelakasham Pachakkadal Chuvanna Bhoomi".

Co-produced by Sameer, Ashiq Usman and Shyju Khalid under the banner of Handmade Films, "Kali" also has Sunny Wayne, Vinayakan, Chemban Vinod, and Soubin Shahir in pivotal roles. The movie is expected to be a visual treat by cinematographer Gireesh Gangadharan and is being shot in Kochi, Vagamon, Athirapally, Masinagudi and Gudalur.
