Director Martin Prakkat's upcoming Malayalam movie "Charlie" with Dulquer Salmaan and Parvathy in the lead roles, has been in the news ever since it went on floors.
The shooting of the film was wrapped up late in September and now the makers have released the photo of Tessa and Charlie, played by the lead actors, from the sets of the film.
"I know we've been keeping the pics and promos of Charlie on the down low for a long time. But it always makes sense to start promos at a time closer to release. So here is an image from the film featuring Tessa and Charlie, "Dulquer posted on his Facebook handle on Saturday evening.
From the posters of the film, "Charlie" looks promising and sources close to the film reveal that the film is expected to hit theatres on 20 November.
While National Award winner Gopi Sunder has composed the music, Jomon T John has handled the cinematography of the film.
The film also has Aparna Gopinath, Chemban Vinod, Nedumudi Venu, Kalpana, Sunil Sukhada, Joju George and Renji Panicker in significant roles.
Meanwhile, Dulquer has a handful of projects for the year, including Rajeev Ravi's upcoming untitled flick, Sameer Tahir's romantic action thriller as well as films by Prathap Pothen, Jomon T John and Amal Neerad.
Recently, there were reports that the actor has moved out of Mani Ratnam's film due to date issues and Nani of "Eega" fame has reportedly replaced him in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual film.
