The third cut off list for undergraduate courses in the University of Delhi is expected to be announced on Sunday night on the official website.

Students can log on to du.ac.in to check the third cut off list.

Recently, the second cut off list was announced with a dip of 0.5 to 1 percent compared to the first cut off list. The third cut off would have a dip of another 0.5 to 1 percent in science and commerce courses.

For humanities courses, every college is expected to declare separate cut offs, India Today reported.

"There are just a few seats that remain for courses such as political science (Hons), English, Economics and the BA programme, so the cutoff for these subjects will remain the same. For Hindi and Sanskrit, as large numbers of seats are left, the cutoff will come down," Savita Roy, principal Daulat Ram College, was quoted as saying by Hindustan Times.

Of the 1,077 total seats, 1,013 have been filled.

Another college, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College (ARSD) might maintain the same cutoff as the second list for History, Political Science and Hindi.

In North Campus, Shri Ram College of Commerce has 40 empty seats, Hansraj College has 465, Kamla Nehru College has 384, Hindu College has 100, Ramjas College has 734 and Daulat Ram College has 64, according to India Today.

"The third cut off list will offer seats in popular courses like B.Com(H), philosophy and psychology. Surprisingly, this time the inclination has been more towards social sciences and only two admissions have been done so far in BCom (hons). There would be a 1.5 per cent dip in the third cut off," Rita Malhotra, principal, Kamala Nehru College, was quoted as saying by HT.
