Aurangabad, Oct 9 (ANI): Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Thursday took a dig at the Modi government saying that the party was just 4-5 years old when Jawaharlal Nehru had laid the foundation of modern India. Gandhi further added that the Congress does not need any certificate from anyone for the past 60 years.
