Donald Trump is not the kind of man to let a string of high-profile musicians asking him to stop using their music to hold him back. His campaign have a brand new patriotic song to soundtrack his quest for presidency – although the internet feels that it holds more in common with the personality cult propaganda of North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un than Bill Clintons love of Fleetwood Mac.

Sung by three very young girls – known as the USA Freedom Kids – in Stars and Stripes cheerleader dresses, the Official Donald Trump Jam was debuted before the Republican front-runner spoke at a rally in Florida on 13 January.

Lyrics include Apologies for freedom, I cant handle this, President Donald Trump knows how to make America great, and the Stars and Stripes are flying, lets celebrate our freedom.

The song was written around a year ago with World War Two military leader General George Patton in mind, but the words were adapted by the groups manager, Jeff Popick, when Trump announced his presidency bid.

While there are several candidates who could begin to turn around the Obama debacle, we think there may be no one better than President Donald Trump to answer Freedoms Call. Trump has a pattern of success that is remarkable and a methodology for winning that is second-to-none, he said.

Reaction on Twitter was less positive.

Previously, bands such as REM and Aerosmith have requested that Trump stops using their music at his speeches. The business mogul walked out to Eye of the Tiger by Survivor after the performance.
