'Diya Aur Baati Hum' actors Anas Rashid aka Suraj and Kunal Khosla aka Aaryan get involved in fight

Even as "Diya Aur Baati Hum" is spreading the message of love and brotherhood between the neighbouring countries -- India and Pakistan -- in the ongoing Indo-Pak track, it seems that in off-camera all is not well between the show's actors.

According to a report in India Forums, Anas Rashid aka Suraj was recently involved in a fight with Kunal Khosla aka Aaryan.

Apparently, Anas was upset with the new cast of the show and was expressing his views on the same when Kunal intervened and the two had a heated argument. The fight resulted in Kunal leaving the sets without shooting his scene. Later, Neelu Vaghela aka Bhabho had to interfere and sort out the issue between the actors.

"We are a family and such things happen. There was some issue which we sorted out eventually. Anas is like my elder brother and due to some misunderstandings, an unanticipated issue was born. He came and spoke to me later and no sooner were things sorted between us," Kunal told the web portal.

This is not the first time Anas had a fight with his co-actors on the sets. Last year, Anas and Deepika Singh aka Sandhya made headlines when the show's lead actress slapped her on-screen husband on the sets. Anas had reportedly touched the actress inappropriately while shooting a scene. However, the on-screen couple later reconciled and resumed shooting.

In other news, "Saath Nibhaana Saathiya" actors Devoleena Bhattacharjee aka Gopi and Vishal Singh also got involved in a fight recently. Apparently, Devoleena was rehearsing her script when Vishal and senior actress Vandana Vithlani began cracking jokes. Devoleena lost her cool and lashed out at Vandana in front of the entire unit, forcing Vishal to ask Devoleena not to be rude to a senior actor. Vishal's remark further fuelled the situation.
