After a lavish traditional wedding in Bhopal and Chandigarh, newlyweds Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya threw a party for their industry friends in Mumbai on Thursday, July 14 at Opa Bar in Andheri.

Several pictures from the reception party have surfaced online. Divyanka, who had donned traditional attires at her wedding ceremonies, wore a purple gown for the reception party. Vivek opted for a maroon blazer and both of them looked stunning together.

Among several guests who was present at the party, Divyanka's "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" co-stars Karan Patel with his wife and actress Ankita Karan Patel, Anita Hassanandani and husband Rohit Reddy, Aly Goni, Ruhaanika Dhawan, Raj Singh Arora and others also graced the event.

Apparently Karan, who arrived at the venue with Ankita, lost his cool when he saw the media gathering at the venue, SpotboyE reported. Known to throw a lot of tantrums, Karan gave a cold shoulder to the media and barged into the party. He even refused to speak on the happy occasion even as his colleagues happily interacted with the media.

Divyanka and Vivek, who met on the sets of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein," and got engaged in January this year and tied the knot in a traditional ceremony on July 8 in Bhopal. The wedding was followed by a reception on July 10 at Vivek's hometown in Chandigarh. The couple returned to Mumbai recently and was surprised to receive a warm welcome from their neighbours in their new home in Malad.
