Karan Patel aka Raman of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein", who has been ruling millions of hearts across the globe, is known to admire the king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan.

Recently, the popular TV actor had a chance to share the stage with SRK at an event. Shah Rukh attended the event with Kajol to promote their upcoming film "Dilwale"

Karan was reportedly all excited to introduce the "Dilwale" cast on stage.

"I'm blessed to have the opportunity to share the stage with the man I admire the most. My love and passion for acting comes from him and I love anything and everything he does, " said Karan, according to a report in the Asian Age.

In return, SRK also praised Karan, saying he latter was the kindest fan he had ever come across. "I meet Karan at parties and award functions. I think he's genuinely the kindest fan I have come across. He's followed almost all my styles and looks of all my movies is what I have heard," said Shah Rukh.

SRK's kind words reportedly made the TV actor fall to the superstar feet and seek his blessings.

It should be mentioned that Karan's postures and expressions on the screen often tend to remind viewers of the "Raees" actor. He also used to sport a pony tail and spectacles, resembling the superstar's look in one of his films.

Such are the similarities between Shah Rukh and Karan that the latter is lovingly referred to by his fans as "the SRK of television".

An excited Karan took to his Twitter handle to share some pictures with Shah Rukh.
