Did Salman Khan advise Sayyeshaa Saigal to make debut in Ajay Devgn's Shivaay?

Sayyeshaa Saigal is making her Bollywood debut alongside Ajay Devgn in Shivaay, but the actress seeks career advice from superstar Salman Khan.

Sayyeshaa said that she shares a good equation with Salman and she feels lucky for that. "I met him a few years ago at my grandfather's birthday party and he in fact said that time I will get into films. I think he has an eye for talent. Over the years our equation is like I can pick up the call and talk to him if I should do this film or not. I can take advice from him. I think I am lucky to be able to do that," PTI quoted the actress as saying.

However, it is not certain if it was Salman who advised her to make her debut in Ajay's Shivaay. She also said that she wants to work with Salman.

"He is a fantastic human being. He is my favourite and I want to work with him. I know Sooraj Pancholi and Tiger Shroff and they are friends of mine. But most of my friends are from school and college. I know people socially in Bollywood but my closest friends are from outside the film industry," Sayyeshaa added.

The movie Shivaay also features Polish actress Erika Kaar. It is one of the most awaited flicks of this year and is slated to be released on October 28.
