Former EXO member Tao aka Huang Zitao reportedly filed a complaint against popular South Korean record label SM Entertainment.

After he left the entertainment agency in April citing unfair treatment and health problems as the reason behind his departure, the celeb had several discussions with the firm over terminating his contract.

As fans are eagerly waiting for any response from both the parties, a new report suggests that the Chinese entertainer is following the footsteps of his former teammates Kris aka Wu Yifan and Luhan.

An article that appeared on Movie News Guide claimed that the 22-year-old singer is filing a complaint against the record label.

"It is very rare for celebrities in South Korea to file against the management agency but EXO-M member, Tao followed Kris and Luhan's steps, who are former members of EXO-M, and filed a complaint against the agency. Tao complains that the training sessions from SM Entertainment is too much," stated the portal.

However, the young celeb and the Korean entertainment company are yet to make any official announcement regarding the new buzz.

Tao is currently preparing for his solo mini concert in China, which will be held in Beijing at 7.30 pm CST on Sunday, 23 August.

After his departure from the record label, the singer opened a solo studio in China and released his first mini digital album with three songs, "Yesterday", "TAO" and "One Heart".
