New Delhi, Jan 25 (ANI): While addressing at a Republic Day function in Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that 'dharna' is not against the Constitution and that imposing Section 144 with no reason definitely is. He said that Constitution now is limited to safeguarding the interests of the ministers and not common man. Further, Kejriwal also said that media is getting paid to write against AAP and that this is not media actually means. He also asserted that the percentage of corruption has come down drastically in the past few days.
