The first look poster of Dhanush's upcoming film "Velai Illa Pattathari" (Unemployed Graduate) has been revealed by the actor.
Dhanush sports six-pack abs in the poster which was released online as a Christmas gift to the actor's fans. "Velai Illa Pattathari" is Dhanush's 25th film (D25) and is directed by cinematographer Velraj.
The national award winning actor tweeted: "Why wait till 12, here you go guys. #vip #D25 first look poster .. Merry Christmas."

Dhanush also revealed that the film's teaser will be released on 1 January 2014. Earlier, it was reported that the film's audio launch will happen in January but the actor has now confirmed the music release to be in February. "Velai Illa Pattathari" is gearing up for a summer 2014 release.
Apparently, the film will be Dhanush's first release next year. However, there is no official confirmation on the same.
The actor is busy with a few projects in Tamil and Hindi. He has teamed up with director KV Anand for the first time and is working on a film titled "Anegan." Dhanush has also confirmed a new Bollywood film with director Balki, of "Paa" and "Cheeni Kum" fame. The film will also star Amitabh Bachchan, who has been a regular name in all Balki films. Kamal Haasan's second daughter Akshara will make her film debut with this untitled film.
The year 2013 was really good for Dhanush, who made his Bollywood debut with "Raanjhanaa." The actor's performance in the romantic drama flick won him accolades from all quarters. He also starred in different genre of films, which were critically acclaimed in Tamil film industry. With back to back projects, 2014 also seems to be a great year for the actor though it remains to be seen whether all his films will achieve success at the box office.
