New Delhi, Jan 20 (ANI): The Delhi Police on Monday stopped Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's car near Rail Bhawan, while he was on his way to North Block to sit on a dharna, outside Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde's office. Kejriwal's demand is action against Delhi Police personnel for alleged negligence in performing their duty. Meanwhile, the party said that they will conduct dharna wherever they will be allowed to, be it Rail Bhawan. Police officials tried to persuade the chief minister not to proceed ahead.
