New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice to Health Minister JP Nadda on a PIL seeking CBI inquiry into alleged irregularities and corruption at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). The notice was issued by the HC while hearing a petition seeking a CBI inquiry into various cases of irregularities and corruption in AIIMS raised by then anti-graft officer Sanjiv Chaturvedi. The court has fixed April 22 as the next date of hearing in the matter.
