New Delhi, Dec 29 (ANI): 16 December Delhi gangrape victim's mother on the victim's 2nd death anniversary appealed for stricter laws to reduce crime against women. She added that if the society changes then 50% of the crimes will stop. She further stated that she has hopes with Prime Minister Narendra Modi that he will bring change in the nation.
