The Delhi Police on Monday arrested four people – two Nigerians and two Indians – for possessing heroin worth Rs. 16 crore.

The huge quantity of fine quality heroin were recovered by the Special Cell of the Delhi Police from Surendra Bhatt and Balvinder at the city's Mubarka Chowk. Both of them are residents of Punjab.

The police said that both Surendra and Balvinder visited Delhi often to buy drugs from a Nigerian couple and then supplied the same at parties, India Today reported. The residence of the Nigerian couple was also raided. One kg of heroin and fake passports from Nigeria and South Africa were found along with a fake Indian visa.

The police is now looking for other gang members.
