RS Pura, Nov 28 (ANI): The PRO of Defence Manish Mehta on Friday gave an account of the encounter which was going on in Arnia sector of Jammu and Kashmir. Mehta said that the fourth terrorist has been neutralized by the army recently and the entire area is being sanitized. He added that 3 army jawans and 5 civilians lost their lives during the encounter.
