New Delhi, Nov 27 (ANI): Defence Expert Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Raj Kadyan hailed Indian Army for indicting nine soldiers including a Junior Commissioned Officer of 53 Rashtriya Rifles for killing two youths in Chattergam Chadoora area of Budgam district on November 3. Kadyan said that this shows that Army carries on its work with full dedication and without any bias. He also said that the course of action is to be seen as to what action the Army takes. He also assured that Army will give whatever punishment that should be meted out to them. The army completed its inquiry into the firing incident in which two Kashmiri youths had lost their lives, while two others were injured and found gross violation by the jawans. The Court of Inquiry recommended court martial proceedings against them.
