Bollywood hunk Ranveer Singh, who celebrated his birthday on Sunday, 6 July, seems to have received quite a surprise from alleged girlfriend Deepika Padukone, who flew down to Turkey to wish the actor. Singh is presently in the country shooting for his next.
Padukone, who along with ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor was supposed to leave for France on Monday to start shooting for Imtiaz Ali's film, "Tamaasha", reportedly left a day early to be with Singh for his birthday.
"Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor were to leave on July 7 for France but the actress apparently left a day earlier as she wished to take a detour and spend time with boyfriend Ranveer Singh, who is currently in Turkey for Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do, on his birthday." Mid-Day quoted a source.
Singh is currently in Turkey, shooting for Zoya Akhtar's "Dil Dhadakne Do" onboard a cruise with his ex-lover Anushka Sharma and other actors including Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar and Anil Kapoor.
Rumour also had it that Zoya was planning to throw a huge party on the occasion of the "Lootera" actor's birthday. However, nothing was confirmed.
While the rumored lovers, Singh and Padukone refuse to accept their relationship in public despite being spotted together on several occasions, they continue to be in news for their off-screen affection.
Recently, the duo were reportedly spotted in Barcelona, spending ten good days exploring the city and shopping, while the "Gunday" star was shooting for "Dil Dhadakne Do" in Spain.
The couple apparently started dating on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's romantic drama, "Ram-Leela" and the couple will be seen again romancing each other on-screen in Bhansali's "Bajirao Mastani."
The "Dil Dhadakne Do" team is reportedly, done shooting in Spain, France and Italy. The final schedule of shooting is going on Turkey. The team is likely to return to India on 15 July. The film, produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment, revolves around a Punjabi family on a cruise trip.The film is slated to release on 5 June 2015.
"Tamaasha" directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, is expected to hit theaters in 2015 and will feature "Barfi" actor and Padukone in leads.
