Srinagar, June 1 (ANI): Indian Kashmir separatist group leader and Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief, Yasin Malik, said debate over abrogation of special privileges to Jammu and Kashmir had been initiated by a central minister to shift focus from pro-freedom struggle in the state. A row erupted after Junior Minister in Prime Minister's Office (PMO), Jitendra Singh said that Article 370 of the Constitution was a hindrance to Kashmir's development and the government was open to debate with all stakeholders.
