Chennai/ New Delhi, Nov 01 (ANI): Members of Communist Party of India (CPI) in Tamil Nadu on Saturday protested death sentence given to five Indian fishermen by a Sri Lanka court, even as foreign ministry promised the concerns have been conveyed to Sri Lankan authorities in New Delhi and Colombo. State General Secretary of CPI, D Pandian said it is shocking news and demanded the Indian government take the matter to the United Nations.
