Bollywood is incomplete without emotional drama but not many people realise that to make such scenes the surroundings matter a lot.

From the 'DDLJ' train scene where Raj and Simran meet forever to the 'Jab We Met' train scene where Aditya and Geet meet for the first time, the film industry has made these popular train sequences unforgettable.

Here are few of the famous scenes.

'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge'

Everybody remembers when Simran's father let her go with Raj who had already boarded the train. The scene where Simran is running to get in the train became an epic scene in Bollywood's history. Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' has to top the list.

"Jab We Met"

Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer 'Jab We Met' was one of the best films for the two actors. This film also has a sequence in the train when these two individuals meet.

"Kick"

In the train sequel of 'Kick', Salman Khan leaves the bicycle behind and crosses a railway track while a train nearly hits him.

"Chennai Express"

Shah Rukh Khan re-created the 'DDLJ' train sequence by pulling Deepika Padukone into one of the compartments. The funniest part comes when he continues to pull in more people.

"Dhoom 2"

Hrithik Roshan performs stunts on the roof of a running train in 'Dhoom 2'.

"Dil Se"

SRK and Malaika Arora Khan's 'Chaiya Chaiya' dance sequel in 'Dil Se' is one of the defining moments of the movie. The item number was shot on the top of a moving train.

"Ghulam"

"Ghulam" featuring Aamir Khan and Rani Mukerji has a scene in which Aamir races with the train. It is one of the most daring scenes in Bollywood.
