New Delhi, Oct 03 (ANI): The Congress on Friday slammed the government for telecasting RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat's address to the nation from Nagpur on the occasion of Vijay Dashmi. Congress leaders also targeted the BJP by saying that its decision are taken by RSS.
