New Delhi, Jan 25 (ANI): Reacting on Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti’s allegations that DCW Chairperson Barkha Singh is Congress motivated, Singh said that DCW acts on complaints and that there is no question of her resigning with no fault of her. Singh further said that rather Bharti should resign who mis-behaved with the Ugandan women and that the case which comes to the committee is seriously taken into concern.
