The Dark Tower trailer is almost here; see the motion posters and teaser of Stephen King's literary adaptation

After much anticipation, Stephen King's literary adaptation The Dark Tower is about to get its first trailer. To calm down all the fans, the trailer is releasing on Wednesday, May 3 (we don't know the exact time yet).

While the first full-length trailer is just an inch away from its release, The Dark Tower actors Idris Elba, Matthew McConaughey took to the social media to share the teaser of their characters in the movie; The Gunslinger and The Man in Black. The run-time for the trailer will be 2 minutes and 32 seconds.

Surprisingly, the first trailer is not releasing on May 19 (as we predicted), but still, we can have a little bit of expectation of getting something exclusive on the special date. Every Stephen King fan must know the significance of the number 19 in every novel. And, the mystery is likely to be explored in this movie as well.

However, The Dark Tower movie revolves around Jake Chambers, who is a 11-year-old adventure seeker, discovers clues about another dimension called Mid-World. Upon following the mystery, he is spirited away to Mid-World where he encounters the lone frontiersman knight Roland Deschain, who is on a quest to reach the 'Dark Tower' that resides in End-World and reach the nexus point between time and space which he hopes will save Mid-World from extinction. But with monsters and a vicious sorcerer named Walter Padick hot on their trail, the unlikely duo find that their quest is far from easy.

Directed by Nikolaj Arcel, the sci-fi-horror film features Idris Elba (Roland Deschain), Matthew McConaughey (Walter Padick), and Tom Holland (Jake Chambers). The Dark Tower movie opens in theatres on August 4, 2017.
