New Delhi, Oct 08 (ANI): Addressing a function of the Bhagwan Valmiki Foundation in Delhi, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said on Tuesday that Dalit community is spines of the Congress party and that they should be given greater representation in the party. Further, attacking the opposition, Gandhi said that the opposition never bothered hold the hands of the poor or interact with them and that is the reason for them losing the elections every time because just talking about ‘shining India won’t make it shine actually’.
