A familys surveillance cameras have captured the moment a Minneapolis police officer shot and injured two dogs in their backyard. Jennifer LeMay posted the video on Facebook. It appears to show the police officer enter her backyard on July 8 and look around, before drawing his firearm and shooting two Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Greg Goodman was biking with his friend, Tyler Noe, on a stretch of road in Franklin, Tennessee, on July 8, when a car smacked Noe and took off without stopping. Goodman wrote that he was taken to a hospital and was doing well. Italy arrests Chechen man accused of fighting with Isis

Italian police arrested a Chechen man suspected of being an Isis militant. He is believed to have been involved in attacks in Grozny,  Chechnya, in 2014. The attacks on media offices and a school left 19 dead. The 38-year-old man is accused of crimes of international terrorism.
