New Delhi, Nov 8 (ANI): After the Gauhati High Court ruled that the CBI is legally not a police force and stripped it of its powers to investigate crimes, arrest suspects and file charge-sheets, Constitutional Expert Subhash Kashyap said that the judgement needs to be analyzed by the government and he believes the government would make an appeal to the Supreme Court over the matter. He further added that the verdict could have far reaching implications.
