New Delhi, Feb 3 (ANI): Congress leader Ajay Maken on Monday criticized Narendra Modi for manipulating the poverty figures by having a new BPL (Below Poverty Line) criterion in Gujarat. Maken slammed Modi by saying that when he has already mocked the Central government and the Planning Commission for Urban area’s cut off at Rs 32 and rural at Rs 26 then he has no right to again bring out a circular of 10.80 paisa for Gujarat to identify poor BPL people.
