New Delhi, Nov 10 (ANI): Congress leader Meem Afzal on Sunday slammed BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi for targeting Prime Minsiter Manmohan Singh. While inaugurating a multi-specialty hospital, run by Muslims in Kheda, Modi took a dig at Prime Minister and said that he is responsible for changing India's history as well as its geography.
