New Delhi/ Mumbai, June 21 (ANI): BJP leader, Prakash Javadekar on Saturday said that the decision for the rail fare hike was taken by previous Congress government. Reacting over the same, Congress leader, Manish Tewari said that if BJP takes a decision then it must take responsibility for it and it is wrong to blame UPA for everything. The government has increased rail passenger fares by 14.2 percent and freight rates by 6.5 percent, which has led to an outcry by the opposition parties.
