Jagdalpur, Sep 26 (ANI): While addressing his first election rally in Bastar region of Chhattisgarh on Thursday, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said that Congress aims at empowering weaker sections of the society. Further, he said that Congress did what other parties could never do and it passed many historic bills for the welfare of the people. Gandhi also lashed out at the opposition for its inefficiency and inability in governing the state.
