New Delhi, June 21 (ANI): Congress workers in Delhi staged protest on Saturday under DPCC Chief Arvinder Singh Lovely over the hike in railway fare by 14.2 per cent and the subsequent hikes in other articles as a result of the same. The protesters shouted anti-BJP slogans and carried placards demanding to take back the hike. Lovely termed the fare hike the biggest in history and also mocked BJP’s 'good days are to come' slogan. Police also used water cannons to control the crowd. Meanwhile, CPI (M) workers also staged a protest against the hike in railway passenger and freight fare in the national capital.
