Lucknow , Nov 02 (ANI): As BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will visit Bihar during which he will meet the families of the six people killed in serial blasts ahead of his 'Hunkar' rally in Patna on October 27, Congress spokesman Akhilesh Pratap Singh said that before Modi became chief minister of Gujarat it was a peaceful state.
