Lucknow, Oct 19 (ANI): Even as Gujarat Chief Minister and the Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will address a party rally in Kanpur on Saturday, Senior Congress leader Akhilesh Pratap Singh said that if newspaper reports are to be believed then 400cr is being spent for Modi's rally so where is this money coming from? The holding of the rally in Kanpur, which is widely regarded as a bastion of the Rashtriya Swayam Sewak Sangh (RSS), is being projected as a crucial strategic move to snare as many Lok Sabha seats as possible out of the total 80 seats that are up for grabs in Uttar Pradesh during next year's general election.
