New Delhi, Feb 07 (ANI): Congress leaders JP Aggarwal, Arvinder Singh Lovely and Sandeep Dikshit cast their vote on Saturday as polling for Delhi Assembly is underway. Aggarwal said that he is sure of Congress' victory in Delhi. Lovely said that people should come out to vote for Congress in order to bring a developmental government. Sandeep Dikshit also expressed his confidence over Congress' victory.
