New Delhi, Nov 18 (ANI): Congress Party's legal cell head KC Mittal on Monday confirmed that the party has filed a total of three complains against BJP and Narendra Modi to the Election Commission. The aforesaid complains are for the party's personal attack on Party President Sonia Gandhi, Vice President Rahul Gandhi and PM Manmohan Singh. He said that such comments are morally not correct and against the Modal code of conduct.
