New Delhi, Jan 02 (ANI): In a few weeks from now, the national capital territory of Delhi will vote for a new Assembly and hopefully get a stable government. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will on Jan 10 formally kick off the BJP's campaign for the elections. Meanwhile, the Congress on Thursday released its first list of candidates. Former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit said that the people have experienced the impact of governance over the past one year, and will definitely recall how the Congress ran its government in the national capital for 15 years.
