Raipur, Nov 09 (ANI): As Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and BJP Senior leader LK Advani is all set to address rallies in poll-bound Chhattisgarh on Saturday, Advani said that he is confident to win 4 out of 5 constituencies in the Assembly polls. Further, he said that Congress' had a monopoly rule for many years and it is BJP who broke the system and almost brought the system to 'two party system' even when India has in terms multi-party system.
