Tehri, July 31 (ANI): Heavy rains wreaked havoc in Himalayan state of Uttarakhand after cloudburst killed four people and washed away several houses on Thursday. Rescue and rehabilitation work is underway in Tehri district as several people are still feared trapped. The Himalayan state was hit by its heaviest rainfall on record in June 2013, causing lakes and rivers to burst their banks, inundating towns and villages below.
