Raipur, Nov 06 (ANI): Ahead of Assembly election in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Raman Singh on Wednesday released BJP’s election manifesto in Raipur. Singh attempted to lure the voters especially the youth by announcing freebies for the college entrants. Singh also announced food grains at cheap rates for large number of families. Singh also highlighted that schemes would be implemented to improve the state infrastructure. The first phase of polls in Chhattisgarh will be held on November 11 for which the notification will be issued on October 18. The last date of filing nominations will be October 25 and the last date of withdrawal will be October 28. The second phase of elections will take place on November 19 for which the notification will be issued on October 25.
