The makers of the much-hyped romantic comedy "Chennai Express" are planning to release the film in seven unfamiliar markets including Peru, Germany and other places. 

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer "Chennai Express" will be released in non-traditional international circuits like Morocco, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Israel and Peru.

 "UTV giving really wide release to #ChennaiExpress. Will release in Morocco, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France and Israel. The film will also have same day and date release in Peru," tweeted trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

SRK's "My Name is Khan" and Hrithik Roshan's "Guzaarish" were released in Peru much after their worldwide release but "Chennai Express" is releasing on same day.  

"Shah Rukh Khan has a strong fanbase and the demand for the movie is enormous overseas. We are releasing the movie in over seven non-traditional markets and the movie will also witness a day and date release for the first time in Peru for any Hindi film," Amrita Pandey, executive director (International Distribution) Disney UTV Studious, said in a statement.

However, the screen count in India and overseas market is not revealed yet. "Those asking about #ChennaiExpress screen count in India and overseas, it's a bit early to comment. It could turn out to be highest ever!" Adarsh said.

Rohit Shetty's directorial film will also have the biggest ever release in the UK markets. The rom-com will be screened across 125 theatres and around 170 screens.

The film will be released worldwide on 9 August on the occassion of Eid featival.
