Actress Charmme Kaur (also spelt as Charmi or Charmy), who is celebrating her 28th birthday today, has been gifted a lion-shaped diamond ring by "Jyothi Lakshmi" producer C Kalyan.

Charmme, who was born in Mumbai on 17 May, 1987, was thankful to Kalyan for his wonderful gift. Besides posting the photos of the lion-shaped diamond ring, the actress tweeted, "Thank u C Kalyan garu for this beautiful Lion shaped diamond ring as my Bday gift JAAAAIIIIIIIIII #JyothiLakshmi"

The actress, who was last seen in "Pratighatana", has recently completed the shooting for her upcoming movie "Jyothi Lakshmi", which has been directed by Puri Jagannath. Currently, she is busy promoting the film, which is expected to release in theatres soon. A day before launching its promotion, the actress took some time off to celebrate her birthday with her family.

On 16 May, Charmme tweeted the photos featuring her celebrating her birthday with family. She also wrote, "N my Bday celebration beginssss vit mad family lunch Ful on cheating day #ItsMyBirthday (tomoro ) Promo launch of #JyothiLakshmi Vil keep me busy 2moro on my bday.So celebrating today vit family ,@mithimax 's treat."

The makers of "Jyothi Lakshmi" released a poster of the film as a birthday gift to her. Charmme tweeted the poster and thanked everyone for their wishes. She wrote, "Thaaaaank u all for ur luvly wishes Had THE BEST TIME last nite #JyothiLakshmi promo launch today..stay tuned ❤️"

"Jyothi Lakshmi" is a female-centric film, which has been written by Puri Jagannadh. Charmme will be seen playing the titular role. The makers of "Jyothi Lakshmi" also released the first look video of the film as a birthday gift to the actress on the official YouTube Channel of Puri Jagannath at 4PM on Sunday.
