New Delhi, March 27 (ANI): Giving relief to Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar, the Centre finally agreed on Thursday for commuting his death penalty into life imprisonment on the basis of delay of 18 years in mercy petition. Lawyer KTS Tulsi said that the Attorney general had agreed to the same citing the reason of the delay in the case. The Supreme Court had asked the centre to take a decision on Bhullar's plea by Thursday or it would decide on the issue.
