The coming of age drama won best picture along with awards for its stars Patricia Arquette, Ellar Coltrane & director Richard Linklater. Other recent Oscar nominees attending included Michael Keaton, Julianne Moore, Eddie Redmayne, Felicity Jones, Rosamund Pike, Ethan Hawke, Marion Cotillard & Kiera Knightly. It was a Honeymoon in New York with the Broadway opening of ‘Honeymoon In Vegas’. The 90’s Nicolas Cage comedy has been turned into a musical and stars wanting to see the results included Bette Midler, Marilu Henner, Christopher Lloyd, Zachary Levi, Judith Light, Rhea Pearlman & Danny DeVito.
Also in the Big Apple, Kristen Stewart was on the set of the ‘Today’ show to promote her latest along with Olivia Munn who made sure not to forget her puppy. Angela Bassett visited SiriusXM to promote her directing effort, the bio-pic ‘Whitney’ and Marisa Tomei & Amanda Peet made quick entrances into ‘The View’.
