New Delhi, Sept 05 (ANI): CBI director Ranjit Sinha, on Friday filed a case of perjury against a non-governmental organisation, Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL), for making false allegations against him. Petitioner Kamini Jaiswal, appearing for CPIL, filed two affidavits against Sinha over interference in the Aircel-Marxis deal, a branch spurting out of the investigation in the 2G spectrum allocation scam and coal block allocations. The SC will take up the matter on Monday.
